Please note that we do not accept opened tea or other food items due to health regulations. If you were sent the wrong item, please notify us via email (email@example.com) and we will send you the proper item upon receiving the incorrect item.
We take care in packaging your shipments however in the unlikely event that you receive damaged items, please notify us immediately and we will resend your order upon receiving the damaged items.
Tea samples cannot be returned as they are intended for sample purposes only.
Refunds are processed within four weeks.
